Due to continued growth we have a permanent, full time position for a Landscape Construction Foreman to join this BALI National Award-winning commercial landscaping company.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the company undertaking a wide range of hard and soft landscape construction projects for public sector and commercial clients. The company generally works within a tight geographical area usually travelling within an hour of our depot and offices at Colden Common. As a Foreperson you will be leading and working within a small team in order to complete projects to specification and a high standard.
This role requires the Landscaping Foreman to lead a team and ensure the best performance and quality of work is carried out at all times. We welcome applications from those looking to progress to the next level and may not currently be in this position.
Working with the contract Manager to schedule works to deliver the contract specification fulfilling the client’s needs.
Provide a responsive and professional service to our customers, dealing promptly with any issues that arise and escalating any items necessary to the contract Manager.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Enthusiasm and drive to develop their career and grow with the business
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Experience in areas such as groundworks, paving, fencing, play installations, safety surfaces and soft landscaping.
Demonstrable experience of effectively leading and managing the team
CSCS certification, if not training will be provided
Experience in operating mechanical plant together with the relevant plant operator tickets such as NPORS/LANTRA/CPCS beneficial.
A full, clean driving licence is essential, with the ability to drive up to 7.5t vehicles and a trailer licence, advantageous but not a requirement.

Salary dependent upon experience starting at £28,000
In addition to the salary there is added benefits of sick pay scheme, company vehicle, overtime, profit share & pension.
