REINVIGORATION - Orchard Social Services Respite Centre
 
An old building put to a good use - and in spite of pressures on public services, Scandor continues to be retained on the site, since undertaking paving and improvement works in 2003/4. Supervised by Hampshire County Council's Environment Department and with help fom volunteers once a month, this site has evolved into a safe and interesting garden. Gardens should always improve, and this one has.
